Holiday Trading and Shipping December 2021
We would like to wish all our customers, suppliers and the greater BBQ community a very Merry Christmas, and all the best for the New Year.
We will be packing and sending orders through to Christmas Eve, details of such follows.
- No Orders will be packed or shipped after the 23rd of December, 2021 through till the 5th of January, 2022.
- Warehouse Pickup will not be available after 12:00pm Friday the 24th of December, 2021, through till 10:00am Wednesday the 5th of January, 2022.
We have several best selling products currently out of stock, (as at 20/12/21) and have containers due in the last week of December, so unavailable items will be available in the first week of January at the latest. (Killer Hogs, Duck Fat Spray, Smithey Ironware, etc).
Shipping Cut Off Dates:
Given the current delays with all Couriers & Australia Post, for your best chance to have your order prior to Christmas, the following shipping cut-offs are in place.
- Thursday 9th December - NT, Remote WA.
- Monday 13th December - Perth, TAS, Outside of Capital Cities (excluding NT).
- Friday 17th December - Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Sunshine Coast (QLD), Gold Coast (QLD).
- Monday 20th December - Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast (NSW), Newcastle.
Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure you get your order on time, once the order is in transit we have no control over the time it will take. Everything is sent with tracking information.
